Design can be the scientific method of business. Great design helps companies discover problems, form hypotheses, and validate solutions. The result: shipping the right product in the right way (ie. optimizing product-market fit).
I don't spend time making overly descriptive personas or emotional journey maps.
I do focus on competitive analysis, user interviews, prototyping, and testing.
I study business books, entrepreneurship podcasts, and sites like growth.design, so I work well with Product Teams and I can help turn high-level product strategies into pixel-level realities.
